Any data processing procedure we apply (e.g. survey, processing, data transfer) is fully compliant with statutory regulations. Below please find an overview of the kind of data we collect, how we use and forward these data, which kinds of security mechanisms we have installed in order to protect your data and how you can obtain information on the data you provided to us.

§ 1 Collecting and storing personal data

Personal data are individual data on personal or factual conditions of a certain or determinable natural person such as your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, bank account details and IP address.

When using our website the following data will be recorded and stored exclusively for system-related and statistical purposes: name of the pages being accessed, name of browser, operating system and accessing domain, access date and time, search engine used, name of the files downloaded and your anonymized IP address. These data are deleted as soon as possible.

You need to be registered in order to use our online ordering service. During this registration all data which we need to fulfil your order are collected: your full name resp. the full name of your company and the authorized person or agent, your e-mail address, your postal address (billing address and, if different, delivery address) and your telephone number.

§ 2 Usage, forwarding and deletion of personal data

The personal data you provided will be used to reply to your inquiries, fulfil your orders and to perform a credit check and for technical administration of our website.

Forwarding, sale or any other form of transmission of your personal data to third parties will only occur if necessary in order to fulfil the contract, for invoicing purposes or to collect monies due or if you explicitly granted permission to do so. For example, it might be necessary to pass on your address or order information to suppliers if delivery is scheduled ex factory. Our suppliers will receive only those data they require to fulfil their obligations. Any other usage of your data is prohibited. Furthermore, we are authorized to forward personal data for collection purposes and we reserve the right to exchange data with credit information agencies such as Schufa.

Moreover, we may transfer anonymised data for market research purposes. These data cannot be traced to the respective user.

We would also like to point out that we may provide information on data to government authorities if this is required for criminal investigation purposes, in order for the police to avert danger, for the Federal or Länder office for the Protection of the Constitution, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service to fulfil their statutory tasks or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

We implemented several security measures to adequately protect your personal data.

Our databases are protected by physical, technical and procedural mechanisms which limit access to the data to authorized persons pursuant to this privacy statement. Our information technology system is protected by a firewall in order to avoid access by other networks linked to the internet. Access to personal data is limited to employees who require these data to perform their specific tasks. Our employees are trained with respect to security and privacy issues.

Never disclose your password for accessing our website to third parties and it is recommended you change your password regularly. Properly log out and close your browser whenever you leave our website in order to avoid unauthorized parties obtaining access to your user account.

Complete data security cannot be guaranteed in e-mail communication.

This website is using cookies, to follow the access behaviour of the user. The IP-address of the computer is stored, of which an enquiry has been send. Individual-related user profile will not been used. The saved data will be used only for statistic purpose.
